Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for any event on Qlevro. By completing registration, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Qlevro platform (qlevro.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to students as specified in each event's eligibility criteria. Qlevro reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not meet the stated requirements.
3. Children's Data and Parental Consent
Qlevro's events are designed primarily for participants under 18 years of age. In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its associated Rules:
- Registration and payment must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the participating student — not by the student directly.
- By completing registration, the parent/guardian confirms they are providing verifiable consent for the collection and processing of the student's personal information (name, date of birth, school, and related details) strictly for the purpose of event registration, exam administration, results, and certificate issuance.
- We do not use a child's data for behavioural tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising directed at the child.
- A parent/guardian may withdraw consent and request deletion of the collected data at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer (Section 13). Withdrawing consent before an event concludes may mean the student can no longer participate in that event.
- The majority of participant data, including registration records, is stored on servers located in India.
4. Registration
- Each email address may register only once per event
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (for paid events) or form submission (for free events)
- You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration
- Providing false information may result in disqualification without refund
5. Exam Rules and Conduct
- Each participant may attempt the exam only once. Re-attempts are not permitted under any circumstances
- Participants must not switch browser tabs, minimise the window, or use any external resources during the exam
- Anti-cheating measures are in place. Violations are logged and may result in automatic submission or disqualification
- The use of unfair means including but not limited to copying, impersonation, or use of unauthorised aids will result in immediate disqualification
- Qlevro's decision regarding disqualification is final and binding
6. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Cashfree
- Registration fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
- In the event of a payment failure where money has been deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
7. Results and Certificates
- Results are published at the sole discretion of Qlevro on the announced date
- Qlevro's evaluation process is final. Requests for re-evaluation will not be entertained
- Digital participation certificates will be issued to all eligible participants after results are published
- Certificates and prizes are subject to verification of participation and compliance with exam rules
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Qlevro platform including questions, images, logos, and course materials are the intellectual property of Qlevro. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Qlevro shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues on the participant's device or internet connection during the exam
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
We make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability during exam windows. In the event of a platform outage affecting a significant number of participants, we will take appropriate remedial action at our discretion.
10. Privacy
Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to Terms
Qlevro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Grievance Officer
In accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Grievance Officer for Qlevro is:
Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
